PDF Conversion Service

Executive Summary: This service is offered to Texas school districts, charter schools, education service centers or their independent audit firms. It consists of converting the annual audit report and compensatory education reports into Portable Document Format (PDF) and submitting the file to the Texas Education Agency for you. You will send a complete, signed copy of your report(s) to us. We will use our ProScan technology to convert the report into a single PDF file and add the "read only" security required by TEA. The cost for an annual audit report is $195 and $95 for comp ed agreed-upon procedures reports. Please click on the buttons above for more details.

Independent audit firms which are submitting their clients' reports for conversion into PDF files should use the special order form designed for audit firms. This form was mailed to all known Texas audit firms but if you have misplaced it or did not receive it, call us at (800) 688-2333 or e-mail us and we'll fax or e-mail you another copy. It allows you to order for multiple school districts on the same form and provides special billing and pricing information.
